1. Introduction
Welcome to Wolverine ("we," "our," or "us"), a smart coaching platform designed to help coaches and athletes build stronger relationships through clearer guidance, smarter planning, and better performance insight.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wolverine across our applications, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using Wolverine, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Wolverine.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Nature of the Service
Wolverine provides tools for:
- Coaching communication
- Training guidance creation and delivery
- Performance tracking and analysis
- Athlete-coach relationship management
Wolverine is a software platform, not a coaching provider, medical provider, or fitness authority.
4. User Roles & Responsibilities
a. Coaches
Coaches are solely responsible for:
- The guidance, programs, and recommendations they provide
- The accuracy, safety, and appropriateness of their coaching
- Monitoring athlete readiness, condition, and limitations
b. Athletes
Athletes are solely responsible for:
- How they interpret and follow any guidance
- Their participation in any physical activity
- Their own health, safety, and physical condition
5. No Medical or Fitness Liability
Important:
- Wolverine does not provide medical advice, training certification, or fitness instruction
- All guidance, messaging, and recommendations are created by users (coaches or athletes)
- Any physical activity performed as a result of using Wolverine is done at your own risk
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are fully responsible for any physical activity you engage in
- Wolverine is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from coaching guidance, athlete decisions, or platform communications
6. AI & Intelligence Features (Wolvy)
Wolverine includes AI-powered features ("Wolvy") that assist with:
- Summaries
- Insights
- Draft guidance
These features:
- Are provided for informational and assistive purposes only
- Do not replace professional judgment
- May generate incomplete or incorrect outputs
You remain fully responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before use.
7. Account & Data Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activity under your account
- Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
You agree not to:
- Misuse the platform
- Share harmful, misleading, or unsafe guidance
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
8. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of content you create (guidance, messages, uploads)
- You grant Wolverine a limited license to use this content to operate and improve the Service
We do not claim ownership of your coaching materials.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use Wolverine to:
- Provide unlawful, harmful, or unsafe guidance
- Harass or harm other users
- Misrepresent credentials or expertise
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
10. Service Availability
We strive to provide a reliable platform but do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Uninterrupted service
We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Wolverine and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Any injuries or damages resulting from physical activity
- Any outcomes related to coaching guidance or athlete decisions
- Loss of data, revenue, or business
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolverine and its operators from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Guidance you provide or follow
